Investigation revealed Haire's snow machine is a 1999 blue Polaris SKS 700. Haire reported the snow machine was last seen parked outside on his property on 11/10/09. Investigation revealed that Nicole M. Davis, age 24, of Wasilla, was traveling in the northbound lane of Knik Goose Bay Road near the intersection of Harbor View Drive in her 1995 GMC Jimmy. Davis lost control of her vehicle and slid into the southbound lane striking a 2003 Dodge Ram being operated by Mike Driggenberg, age 42, of Wasilla. Austin T. Chambers, age 19, of Wasilla, was driving his 2000 Jeep Wrangler southbound on Knik Goose Bay Road behind M. Driggenberg's vehicle. Chambers was unable to stop in time and collided into the rear of Driggenberg's vehicle. N. Davis was issued a citation for failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision. All parties were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the collision. N. Davis sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center by EMS. The GMC Jimmy and the Dodge Ram were estimated to be a total loss and the damage to the Jeep is estimated at $3,000. Investigation revealed that Mary Czubachowski, age 49, of Wasilla, was operating a 1984 Chevy Cavalier southbound on Knik Goose-Bay Road. Czubachowski was slowing down on Knik Goose Bay Road due to hazardous road conditions when her vehicle was rear-ended by a 1998 green Chevrolet Malibu driven by John Rock, age 26, of Wasilla. A 2003 Chevy Impala driven by Rex Young, age 55, of Wasilla attempted to avoid the collision and struck Czubachowski's vehicle causing minor damage. Further investigation revealed that Rock had an outstanding $250.00 arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for a pretrial hearing on the original charge of NVOL. Total damage to the vehicles was estimated at $4,000.00. Czubachowski was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. All parties reported wearing their safety belts. Rock was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was remanded on the arrest warrant. Investigation revealed that Kelly J. Williams (48 YOA, Salcha) turned left into the path of an oncoming truck driven by Lloyd Savage (53 YOA, Salcha). Williams' 1988 Chevy pickup truck sustained heave damage to the side where Savage's 2007 Chevy pickup truck struck him head on. There were no reported injuries and no airbag deployment. A records check showed Jenkins to be on felony probation with conditions not to consume alcohol and not to travel outside of the Fairbanks area without a permit. A 1999 Chevy Suburban driven by Melody Brown, 17yoa of Fairbanks traveling southbound on University collided with a 1986 Mazda RX7 driven by Katrina Nunemann, of Fairbanks who was making a left turn. The collision caused the Mazda to strike a 2006 Chevy van driven by Sasha Sedan, of Fairbanks who was northbound on university. AST investigation revealed that Brown was driving in violation of an instructional permit and failed to use due care to avoid a collision. Minor injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4000. Investigation revealed that Jessica Block (17 YOA of Wasilla) was driving a 1989 Chevy Suburban eastbound on Knik Goose Bay Road when she was unable to stop for cars that were stopped in the roadway due to another collision. Block's vehicle rear ended a 2001 Acura Sedan, that was driven by Jill Anderson (27 YOA of Houston, AK). The Acura sustained approximately $3,000.00 in damages. The Suburban sustained minor damage. All parties reported wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision. The occupants in the Acura reported minor injuries on scene, but denied EMS treatment.
