Odell, age 20 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Colter had an outstanding AST arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving in Violation of a Permit. Subsequently, Colter was arrested on the outstanding warrant and was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was held on $500 bail. Dakutak was arrested and remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $1000 bail. Investigation revealed Adam Fairchild, age 31 of Wasilla, was found unresponsive inside his residence by family members. EMS responded and pronounced Fairchild deceased at the scene. The State Medical Examiner's Office responded and took custody of the body. Next of kin have been notified and no foul play is suspected. Investigation is on-going at this time.
