Investigation revealed 27 year old Dustin Durran Peters of Wasilla challenged a family member to a fight in other than self defense then proceeded to assault that same family member. Peters was arrested at the scene without incident and remanded to MSPT where he was held without bail. During the investigation, Frank Cleveland, 28, of Ambler was contacted and found to be under the influence of alcohol. A search of State records revealed that Cleveland was on felony probation for a 2010 conviction for selling alcoholic beverages without license. A condition of that probation was that he not possess or consume alcoholic beverages. Cleveland was remanded to the Kotzebue Regional Jail. Investigation revealed that Smith was serving alcoholic beverages without an alcohol server's card. Martin was charged with failure to maintain an alcohol server's card. He was issued a summons to appear in court. Macmurray, age 36 of Tok, near milepost 1317 of the Alaska Highway during a traffic stop. Investigation revealed that Macmurray was in possession of a firearm, but did not notify troopers of the firearm and refused to allow trooper to secure the firearm during contact. Subsequent investigation revealed that Macmurray was a convicted felon that was in possession of a .44 magnum revolver. Macmurray is charged with felony misconduct involving weapons 3rd degree, misconduct involving weapons 5th degree, and disorderly conduct. Macmurray was arrested and transported to the Tok holding facility where he was lodged. Schafer, age 50 of Gakona, at the Mentasta Lodge Bar. Investigation revealed that Schafer acquired a liquor license for the Mentasta Lodge Bar, but did not possess an alcohol server's card. Schafer was charged with failure to maintain an alcohol server's card. He was issued a summons to appear in court. AK Bureau of Highway Patrol ------------------------------------------------- Location: Wasilla Case number: 12-34346 Type: DUI, DWLR, VCOR Text: On 04-27-12, at 0013 hours, Alaska State Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol, South Central Team responded to assist Palmer Patrol Troopers with a traffic stop on Knik Goose Bay Rd. near mile 5 with a red 2011 Chevrolet Impala for a lane violation and following the vehicle in front of it too closely. These violations occurred within the Knik Goose Bay Rd. traffic safety corridor. Troopers identified the driver as Amy B. Little, age 39, of Wasilla. An investigation revealed Little was operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol and she was placed under arrest for DUI. Little was also found to be operating the Chevrolet with a revoked Alaska driver's license and she was found to be on conditions of release stemming from an arrest on 04-12-12, for DUI and Refusal. Little was found to be in violation of her conditions of release and was subsequently charges with violating conditions of release. Little was transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where she was held on $5000 bail plus a court approved third party. The driver was identified as Shawn L. Jackson, who failed Field Sobriety Tests and was advised he was under arrest. Jackson then pulled away and attempted to walk away from Troopers. Jackson was controlled and placed in handcuffs. Investigation revealed Jackson had two prior convictions for DUI within the past ten years making this a Felony. Investigation further learned that Jackson's drivers' license was in a revoked status due to the prior DUI. Jackson was later remanded to Mat Su Pretrial where bail was set at $6500 Cash and a Court Approved Third Party.
