Investigation revealed Lois Randall age 53 of Wasilla, was operating a 2005 silver Ford Focus eastbound on Knik-Goose Bay road and attempted to turn right onto Old Knik Road when her vehicle was rear-ended by a black 1993 Toyota Camry driven by Tamara Nichols, age 16 of Wasilla who was also eastbound on Knik-Goose Bay Road. Jeffrey Kudlacek, age 19 of Sutton, was identified as the suspect and investigation revealed Kudlacek had consumed alcohol and was on a licensed premises while under 21 years of age. Kudlacek was arrested, transported, and remanded to MSPT where he was held on $2,000 bail. Subsequent investigation revealed Painter gave a 750 ml bottle of Monarch Vodka to a minor earlier that morning. The minor was observed to be intoxicated. Painter was arrested on a charge of Felony Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Painter was transported to Bethel where she was remanded at YKCC without bail pending arraignment. State Troopers responded and subsequent investigation revealed Nicholi while under the influence of alcohol threatened to kill a female relative with a kitchen knife. Nicholi is on probation for Criminal Mischief 4-DV with conditions that stipulate she must not consume alcoholic beverages. Nicholi was arrested and transported to Bethel where she was remanded at YKCC without bail pending arraignment. Investigation led to the VPSOs charging Kenneth Smith, 55 YOA, of Hooper Bay with Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the Second Degree. Investigation by VPSOs revealed that Smith was alone in the residence with a child under 10 years of age, when highly intoxicated. Joseph revealed that Seton punched and scratched her household member on the face, causing him a scratch and pain. Tracy Seton was arraigned on 4-13-12 and plead Guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree and was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended, Seton was also placed on 2 years of probation. Beth was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. She would typically wear glasses but did not take them with her. She has no known tattoos or piercing. Beth has naturally brown hair, however last time her family saw her she had it cut very short and dyed bright red. Beth drives a 2005, blue, Dodge Caravan bearing AK plate GGR638. This type of behavior is not typical for Beth and her family is very worried about her. Beth has no serious health issues to be concerned about. Torres, age 21 of Delta possessed marijuana and were engaged in selling marijuana at the event. Carpenter was also found to be in possession a semi-auto handgun.
