Investigation revealed that Felicia Solomon (age 24) imported alcoholic beverages into the village of Gulkana and Olaf Lord (age 24) possessed alcoholic beverages inside Gulkana village. Solomon was charged with Alcohol Importation, Lord was charged with Alcohol Possession. The village of Gulkana has banned the importation, sale and possession of alcoholic beverages inside their village boundaries since March 1998. Investigation revealed Bell was operating the vehicle with a suspended license for failure to pay child support. Bell was issued a summons for DWLS and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver. Investigation revealed that the driver, Joshua Wilkins, age 29, of Wasilla, was driving while impaired and under the influence of alcohol. Wilkins was arrested for DUI at the scene. Investigation revealed that Kevin Curtis, age 56 of Wasilla, had passed away in his home unexpectedly. Curtis's next of kin was on scene. The State Medical Examiner responded and took possession of the remains. No foul play is suspected. Investigation revealed Dobson had a no bail warrant for his arrest for failing to remand to Wildwood Pre-trial for the original charge of DUI. Dobson was arrested and transported to Wildwood Pretrial where he was remanded without bail.
