Services for Male Victims

Shelter programs throughout the State do provide services to help men and boys who are  victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Contact your local shelter

Batterer's Intervention Programs

The Council funds nine and oversees 15 Batterers Intervention Programs. (BIPs) Batterers Intervention Programs heighten victim safety and batterer accountability. They are part of a coordinated community response to the crime of domestic violence.

The programs help clients understand the abusive nature of their behavior and the effects of their violence on their families.
